Make Your Sleeping Space an EMF Free Zone

You can best prepare your sleeping area by following these few tips:
~Do not sleep with your cell phone turned on or recharging next to your bed.
~Turn off  and unplug your computer when not in use.
~Replace cordless phones with wired phones.
~Replace your Wireless Internet with routers and hard wired units.
~Get rid of dimmer switches on lights.
~Replace halogen lights and fluorescent lights with regular incandescent ones.
~Instead of an electric blanket, use cotton or wool blankets, hot water bottle, your dog, whatever…
~Move all electric devices at least six feet away from your bed, including your electric alarm clock.
~Make sure the bed is against a wall where there is no electrical meter or fuse box behind it.
~Unplug your TV when not in use, which gives off high levels of electric fields.
~Get rid of your metal headboard or find a way to ground it.
~Get rid of metal box springs.
~Get rid of water beds as they are a conductor of Electro magnetic energy.
~Relocated any electric wires that might be running under your bed.
